2020 Aspiring Teacher Scholarship

Voyager Sopris Learning® is pleased to announce the winner of the 2020 Aspiring Teacher Scholarship. Congratulations to our 2020 winner, Natasha Reasor, from Calera, AL, who will receive $1,000 toward her education to support her goal of becoming a teacher. Natasha will be attending Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham, AL this fall and will major in the field of education.

Natasha, a graduate of Calera High School, submitted a detailed application that included an essay describing the impact an influential teacher had on her education, and why she decided to become a teacher.

“My love for children, my belief that they are our future and deserve to be taught that they can do anything, are the main reasons I have continued on the path to become an educator.”

Voyager Sopris Learning is pleased to be able to support Natasha’s efforts to become an educator and make her own positive impact on her future students.
