Michael Nelson, Ed.D., is Professor and Coordinator of the Personnel Preparation Program for Teachers of Students with Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities at the University of Kentucky, Lexington. He has written extensively on methods of intervention with children’s behavioral disorders. His current interests include developing interactive curricula for educators, educational programs for juvenile offenders with disabilities, and interagency services for children and youth with emotional and behavioral disorders.
